After-sales services are provided to you for your convenience such as if an individual is not satisfied with the product, then they can exchange that product so that they can get a particular product replaced with the new product. We are providing you with this facility so that you can get the benefit of returns too from our organization. As our motive is to satisfy our customers and we serve our services even after the sales are made to satisfy the client if they are willing to make an exchange for their product then they are most welcome as we accept that within the company just to aid the individuals.

The conditions that apply for the exchange system are that the client has to return a particular item within 30 days of the purchase which means when they receive the product from that day, they can return their product to the company within thirty days. Within this period, your returns will be accepted by the company. There are two ways to deal with this situation. First and foremost is that we can either exchange your item’s size with the bigger or the smaller size compared to your product’s size. The second option that is available with us is that you can get a refund for your shopping. The money can be returned to you in case you are not satisfied with the objects that you have purchased from our store.

Your problem can be rectified in either way as you desire to solve the problem. If you are prepared to change the size of your product then you can avail of that benefit, otherwise, your money will be transferred to the account that you had paid while purchasing from us. This process will take approximately 5-7 working days to get your money into your account. Both the ways are accessible for the returns to be made with us. The selection of the exchange depends upon the choice of the customer who has purchased the goods from the company and wants to exchange them for a good reason.

For the eligibility of the return, there are some of the conditions that needed to be satisfied firstly to return your product. The chief among them is, the return should be placed within 30 days of the purchase being made because on the next day it will not be accepted by the company. Moreover, the product that you are willing to exchange must be in a similar condition it was before the sales. Apart from this, it should not be used before you came to us for a similar reason as you must keep it unused till its return is made. Last but not least, the item purchased should not be washed in case of the return policy.

If an individual is unsatisfied with the item, he had bought from us then there is just a simple procedure to be followed to return your goods. You need to contact the company either you can visit personally or you can call us as we are always available at your service even while the time of purchase or if there is some issue after-sales services are also provided. So that your complaint will be registered after that the procedure will begin and your product will be replaced with the new one or the refund will be sent to your account within a reasonable time.

The items that will be refunded are the only ones that one which is regular priced items. Once the inspection for your returns is performed, we will send you the email that whether your product is refundable or not by identifying the required conditions which areas such that your product should not be damaged and it should not be washed and after 30 days it is not acceptable. Moreover, the receipt of purchase is required while the return is made as it is of paramount importance in this process. After all the conditions are satisfied then the amount will be credited to your account automatically. You will receive a mail for the final step of the procedure.
